It depends on the program. Team coaching is usually designed for teams of 5-12 people, while leadership trails and transformation journeys can accommodate larger groups.

The investment depends on the duration and intensity of the leadership development or team coaching program. We are happy to provide a customized proposal after an initial consultation.
